Opened August 2022. We offer weekly classes, memberships, teacher trainings, workshops, special events, and more. Just East of downtown Madison, this studio space is a long-time gem in Madison, newly revived, with a Traditional Hatha Yoga focus and Flow-based schedule. Yoga Teacher Training programs (200/300/500 hour) start throughout the year in person.

The Spiritual Life Society and Main Street Yoga Centers

The Spiritual Life Society is a 501(c)3 charitable/spiritual organization whose mission is to promote self-discovery, growth, and education for all, and healing, comfort, and sustenance to those in need.

Main Street Yoga Centers are a collective of independent Yoga and meditation teachers that serve their local communities and offer weekly classes, workshops, and Yoga/meditation teacher training programs.
