Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Program (YACEP) for Yoga Teachers
Early-bird pricing for certificates ends Friday, Dec. 8th: $15 per class
Pay at Open House: $20 per class
Hard copy certificates, suitable for framing are available for an extra $10 per class.
Purchased certificate is good for one certificate.
If you would like multiple certificates for multiple YACEP classes, you must purchase additional certificates for each session.
FREE YACEP CLASSES
9:00 AM ADVANCED MEDITATION with Matt Lerner. This class is open to all, but is oriented towards Yoga/meditation teachers. Class will include guided meditation and discussion on how to teach meditation. Optional 1.5 hours YACEP credit for “TEACHING MEDITATION”.
10:45 AM TEACHING CHAIR YOGA with Matt Lerner. Class meets with “Gentle Chair Yoga” and continues afterwards until 12:30. Yoga teachers who stay for Q&A and discussion of teaching methodology will be eligible for optional 1.75 hours of YACEP credit.
2:30 PM TEACHING YOGA NIDRA and ŚAVĀSANA with Matt Lerner. Session will include a 50 minute Yoga Nidra experience, with discussion on teaching methodology before and after. Yoga teachers will be eligible for 1.5 hours YACEP Credit. Class will end by 4:00 pm.
